THIS Tuesday, 9/14 Meet and Greet

This Tuesday 9/14 from 7-10pm CNY Roller Derby will host an open house/ meet and greet recruitment event at JFK Arena in Rome NY. Many of the Quadfathers will be on hand to answer questions about men's derby also. Since it's a CNYRD event, usage of loaner skates and pads will only be allowed if they are not needed by the girls (so its unlikely you're going to get to skate unless you bring your own stuff)

This is a GREAT time to come meet the team and pick up some information. If you are a new skater looking to get involved in men's derby, we have a class starting Tuesday 9/21 and running for 12 weeks on Tuesdays from 7-10pm. There are already a handful of guys signed up for this class, so its a good group to join. This will be the last chance for new skater training in 2010. The next new skater class will start in Jan-Feb 2011.

Experienced skaters are welcome to join any time by passing a skills assesment.
